SALON GUIDELINES FOR COVID-19

YOUR SAFETY IS OUR #1 PRIORITY

If you have any questions before your appointment, don't hesitate to reach out and ask. We want you to feel as safe and comfortable as possible.

BEFORE YOUR APPOINTMENT:
If you are feeling under the weather, or have had a known exposure to COVID 19, please let us know as soon as possible so we can get your appointment rescheduled. This helps keep us all healthy and helps to prevent a two week shut-down for our salon.

WHEN YOU ARRIVE:
You are permitted to enter the salon at your appointment time. No arrival text necessary at this time. 
We do still ask that you only bring into the salon what you absolutely must. (Credit card, keys and phone.)

DURING YOUR APPOINTMENT:
During your appointment, you will have the OPTION to wear a mask, service permitting. If you choose to wear a mask, and would be more comfortable if your artist does as well, we will absolutely accommodate that.

CHECKOUT AND PRODUCT PURCHASES:
We are still accepting all forms of payment, though credit/debit card is preferred. 
When it comes to selecting products, feel free to browse as usual, but for the time being, please allow us to grab products from the shelves and bag them for you. This is a great opportunity to ask questions, gain product knowledge, and try something new!

PHOTOS:
We will still be taking before/after photos and it will be your choice whether or not to wear your mask. If you choose to remove your mask, we will ensure six foot distance - the zoom option on the camera is fantastic for this situation. We will send you your pictures via text/social media so you can share away!



SALON CLEANING PRACTICES AND PRECAUTIONS

  • Surfaces will be cleaned with a hospital-grade disinfectant, such as Barbicide. Salon chairs and furniture will be disinfected with Lysol or disinfecting wipes at the beginning and end of each business day, as well as between guests

  • Spa linens will continue to be changed between guests, as always

  • Hand sanitizer will be readily available for staff and guests

  • The bathroom has disposable towels for hand washing

  • All capes, combs, brushes, clips, and implements are changed between guests

  • Disposable implements will be used where possible

  • All snacks are pre-packaged and single-serving

  • Disposable cups are available in lieu of reusable mugs

  • Employee temperature taken upon entering. We will not be taking guest temperatures at this time, but this may change if necessary.

We have the right to reschedule or refuse service to anyone displaying any COVID symptoms upon arrival
